We’re ALL Damaged Goods

I have made it my mission to salvage every item I possibly can from marketplace, goodwill or thrift shop to use at our facility.

So the scavenger hunt began today…the finds (minus the desk which was $60 on MP, the mirror 14.99 will be resrored with a coat of new paint, and the rest was 3-5$ …let the restoration begin

Here is the life lesson:

We are all damaged flawed throw- aways. Not one person is perfect. At some point we have all been used and probably abused. That’s the devils plan to steal kill and destroy. So if he can’t kill us, he will try to destroy resulting in stealing our peace joy etc and bringing shame.

It’s a choice-we choose whether we are negative or positive, forgiving or retaliatory, belief or unbelief etc. It’not easy but doable.

Jesus came to realign and restore us to Him not to condemn us (correct yes but that’s without shame). He didn’t die on the cross just so we could live an easy life…there will be hardships and trouble (because the devil hates us)…the question becomes what do we choose to do when it comes to our house? Quit? Complain? Get even with those who are ugly? Get angry at His correction? Or forgive, show mercy, give grace, Be thankful and still give Him the praise and glory? It’s a physical thought process

A Choice…

He is a good Father, He wants nothing but the best for us even when that means correction-He loves us way to much and wants us to be with Him in Heaven rather than let us remain misaligned and have to say depart from me.

My mind has been on restoration the past weeks, we can’t save a single person and it’s not even our job to, it’s His…our job is to spread the gospel.

Let go of the past, forgive yourself those who are ugly, let Him fight the battles you cant, be thankful in all things, and praise Him in the process…He LOVED us enough to give all He had, and when we love Him with all we have…THATS PEACE! And Nothing shall separate us from His love unless we choose to separate ourselves.

God is good and His Mercy Endures forever!
